some documents are missing here

round and round i rome here and there
to shout at them no i cant do dare
but being quite was also not fair

watch a boy wid a curly hair
who put hand in his pocket
take out money from wallet
hand it over as cheat
to the person sitting at the seat
the person was gone
as his work was done
i keep on looking

to take from me as like a fee
but r they here taking a rent
or they are paid by government
